Meet the Founder

Jason Melo is a licensed contractor and the owner of Melo Excavation in Baker City, Oregon.

Melo Mobile Concrete has been a dream of Jason’s for the past two years. While running Melo Excavation, the need for a volumetric concrete mixer in Baker County and surrounding areas became strikingly apparent.

Unlike some concrete services, with Melo Mobile Concrete, you only pay for what you use—eliminating potential waste. The truck ‌mixes fresh concrete on your site with added color or fiber if needed. Truck loads typically range between ½ a yard and 10 yards. For big pours, our crew can set up on site and do 60 yards an hour.

Less Guesswork. Fewer Surprises.

Our Cemen Tech C60 volumetric mixer is essentially a concrete plant on wheels. Instead of hauling concrete that was mixed miles away, we carry the individual materials separately and mix your concrete fresh, right when and where you need it.

Precise, Consistent Mixes

On-Demand Production

Computer-controlled mix designs ensure a consistent, precise mix for every pour.

Fresh Concrete. The Right Amount.

Produce the amount your project actually needs—helping reduce waste, delays, and unnecessary overages.

“Jason has been providing excavation work for my general contracting business for the last six years. He is always efficient and accurate in his work. In addition, he works hard to stay ahead of deadlines and other trades so no one is being held up on the job site.”
